• Artist must be able to provide proof of Tribal Enrollment or Native ancestry - i.e., tribal document, tribal enrollment number, certificate from tribe stating tribal affiliation and blood quantum, etc. Any questions should be directed to janet@lakotacreations.com

• Artist must make all items presented to the web site. Items must be handmade.

• No firearms will be sold. No restricted items will be sold.

• Artists will set their own prices.

• Artist is responsible for all sales through this site.

• Artist may submit as many photographs of their work as they would like, but Lakota Creations reserves the right to refuse to display photos because of photo quality or item quality.

• Costs: there is no cost to display your items on this site if you meet the above requirements.
